Terms of Sale and Conditions

Our rates are without taxes.

Rates include:

* Transport insurance (passengers and driver)
* Parking charges
* Driver’s meals, drinks, hotel (as needed)
* Fuel

Rates do not include:

* Anything not included under “Rates include”
* Entrance fees (monuments, exhibitions, parks etc)
* Activities (quod, camel ride, trekking etc)
* Hotels / camps
* Breakfast / lunch / dinner / drinks
* Highway tolls
* Tips
* Anything not mentioned under “Rates include”

Any reservation is subject to a booking.
To finalise the booking, a deposit of 30% or the total payment will be asked. In any case, the total amount has to be paid before the circuit begins. Depending on the agreement with the clients, the payment can be made by credit card (+4%), bank transfer, cash (Euro or Dirhams) or a combination of these.

Cancellation policy:

* Cancellation for force majeure: the entire amount will be refunded.
* Cancellation before 30 days from departure, the entire deposit will be refunded and no supporting evidence will be requested.
* In case of cancellation between 30 days and the day of departure, the deposit will be retained and the payment of the balance will be due (full payment).

The driver is instructed to respect the highway code and any applicable law.

Any damage caused to the vehicle is charged to the customer.

Responsibility for the baggage stays with the customers.

Légendes Evasions is not responsible for items left, lost or broken in the vehicle or elsewhere during the service.
