This four days tour to Merzouga is about 1200 km long. You will explore dunes and sand desert, green valleys, oases, palm trees and the mountains of the High Atlas.
Booking
4 days tour – discover sand desert Merzouga
1st day
On the first day, you will cross the High Atlas passing by Ticka pass, will have lunch at Ouarzazate or Ait Benhaddou, and then you pass through the Dades Valley. You will visit the palm grove of Tinerhir and spend the night in the Todra Gorges.
2nd day
Today you will discover the amazing Todra Gorges, and continue through a rocky desert before arriving in Merzouga. Here you will have the possibility to enjoy the dunes of Erg Chebbi riding a camel to reach a desert camp.
3rd day
You will leave Merzouga after breakfast, and pass through the volcanic rocky of the Saghro mountains and its oases. You will follow the Draa Valley before arriving in Agdez and pass through Anti-Atlas. You may spend the night in Ouarzazate or Ait Benhaddou (depending on your preference).
4th day
On the last day, you will visit Ouarzazate and Ait Benhaddou’s Ksar, cross the beautiful Ounihla valley dotted by kasbahs, and arrive to Telouet for lunch. You will visit the kasbah and finally get back to Marrakesh through the Tichka pass.
